Hi, my name is VIOLET and this is my cozy little home in the Metro. I am not a real estate person, nor am I a rental-business specialist. I am just an ordinary human struggling to pay bills and amortization so I can still keep this property. I am currently based in Nueva Vizcaya and I travel to manila once in a while, only for some paperworks or to stop-over on the way to the airport.

I am looking for someone who can rent my home and will still be open to having me (or some of my family/team members) come stay for a day or two when we need to drop by the city. Of course, every stay from us will be well-planned and coordinated, so it won’t disrupt your private life.

RENTAL PRICE OPTIONS

FOR 2 TENANTS:

Find your own roommate who you can get along with.

TRANSIENT TENANT:

Me and my family/team members drop by once a month only or once in 2-3 months for stopover to airport or to do paperworks in the city.

LONG-TERM ONLY:
