Dear Miss Ivy,
I feel sad that you do not recommend us and that you had a bad and stressful experience during your travel to Ambaguio.
I am writing this to give an explanation because I feel like your review is a bit unfair.

Since we re-opened, we know that partnering with SKYRIDGE will bring a lot of challenges because of the road conditions. Thus, we have done our best in making sure all our passengers know about this.
Evidences that all our passengers are informed of the road conditions and what kind of vehicles to bring:
I. THRU THE GROUP CHAT
All our passengers receive the same information as you did.

II. THRU THE WEBSITE LINK THAT WE SEND BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER BOOKING
Road conditions and heads-up has been written in the section “WHERE TO MEET”.
Also, all of your other questions in the group chat has been answered thru this page. But clearly, it wasn’t read.

III. THRU THE SKYRIDGE PAGE
This information has been posted since our re-opening on April 1. It has also been posted in their FB page.

I don’t want to start a fight about this but I feel like the review is unfair because of the following reasons:
- Our main service is the paragliding and the flight itself. I will understand the “DOES NOT RECOMMEND” review if we provided you with an unsafe and very bad flight experience.
- I understand that as a company, we should provide a good end-to-end experience (including all services). Please understand that we are in a COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT project – this means, we are partnering with different local families for all our different services, to help build Ambaguio as a destination. Many of our supplementary services are provided by others. Example: the fly site development which includes the roads are taken cared of by the local community. The best we can do is give the headsup on the condition, which we did.
- We have just re-opened and little bit of understanding would have been nice – at least tell us all your complaints thru the chat as we had been very open and patient in answering your questions as well.
- We do provide FREE pick up and transport for people who, after reading about the road conditions, say “please pick us up.” We assumed that when you said, “we have transpo naman,” it was after reading all our instructions and you knowing about the conditions.
- To single out one of our best performing crew, YANA, is a bit sad for the whole team. Do know that she has been working voluntarily and tirelessly in making sure everybody has a good experience. We have countless passengers who can attest to how well she has worked with them from booking, to arrival, and to departure. That day, she felt really bad about what happened and spent most of her time at the pilot tent just praying that your car be fixed and be ok.
- It would have been best to just talked to her and I’m sure she would apologize profusely, if indeed she was in the wrong. She’d be even willing to pay for your car’s damage, as she is that kind of person.
- Since we re-opened, no one or no group has ever complained about not knowing the road conditions because we do inform everyone about it, as shown in the pictures above.
I am not here to fight nor to invalidate your experience.
We feel sad that you’re the first group to post a NON RECOMMENDATION for us. Rest assured, we will continue to do our best in flying our passengers safely and giving them memorable experiences.
