Hong Kong hostages killed in Manila bus siege
Proverbs 2
1 My son, if you accept my words
and store up my commands within you,
2 turning your ear to wisdom
and applying your heart to understanding,
3 and if you call out for insight
and cry aloud for understanding,
4 and if you look for it as for silver
and search for it as for hidden treasure,
5 then you will understand the fear of the LORD
and find the knowledge of God.
Prevention is better than cure.

Yup. Sisihan dito, sisihan there. Haayyy… as if naman may difference na mangyayari. π¦
Yun nga yung iniisip ko minsan. In schools, masyado tayong naka-focus sa Science, Math and English… pero yung Values Ed., CL, GMRC palaging minor. Parang extra lang. Sana, baliktarin. Anong meron sa batang magaling mag-solve ng quadratic equations, pero, hindi naman marunong magbalik ng sukli? π¦ It’s really a challenge for me… for all of us. The BIBLE is the best “manual” in teaching and in parenting. We’re really blessed that our parents were so patient in elaborating and reminding God’s word to us when we were still young — at hanggang sa ngayon. π

We watched the hostage drama until 1 am. Grabe tita, ang sakit sa dibdib. Grabe yung tension. Until now, iba yung effect sa akin. Kaya, ayoko ng manood ng news. I prayed for the Chinese victims and families… lalo na yung mag-ina(father and 2 daughters dead plus yung son nagka-brain damage pa) and I also prayed for Mendoza. He’s also a victim, nanghihinayang ako sa naging ending niya. Naiiyak ako sa mga nangyari… grabe… kung naagapan lang ng maaga sana di na umabot sa ganun. I know God is still in control. Sana, maayos na ang lahat. π¦

I watched reruns din π¦ I felt so bad with what happened and even worst with how everybody has an opinion. Ang daming salita π¦ What’s done is done. kaya i’d rather have a Bible passage say what my opinion is.
That’s where you as a teacher comes in. You’re molding the minds of the future MENDOZAs. Do not forget to teach Godly values to your kids π
