Beth: Mama said that If I buy a new hamster she will not kill it.
Me: So that’s good news, diba?
Beth: But she said she will PRAY for the hamster to die.

the cats here just love new hamsters left out of their cages by bethy boop. the only long term solution as i see it is to have a hamster that is bigger than a cat and can wash dishes for mama… that way.. it’s a WIN/WIN situation. wink wink!
