Ading, since you must do all that hauling, just wear sensible shoes (maybe keep a pair to change into since nasa front desk ka rin di ba?) and always bend from the knees not from the waist. That’ll help save your back.

Grabeng hard work naman yan. Ang it’s not even “hard work”, it’s plain “abuse”. My goodness! Wala ng silbi ang job description mo tita. They should have hired a muscled man (like Samir) to carry and arrange those boxes.
Just think of it as a workout tita, parang body pump. Para, di ka masyadong mainis. ^_^
