One Friday, the Captain and I zoomed to Ajman then to Dubai to meet his close friend, Ahmed.
This is me doing the classic tourist photo pose.
The Captain’s sorta-bestfriend-slash-bromance is an ex-army guy who has that deep-low army voice that you can listen to all night. He’s a fun guy to hang out with. One of these days, I’m gonna bring him home to be my story teller teddy bear.
And yes, he’s super tall.
This is Burj Khalifa, children – the tallest toothpick err building in the world.
We had dinner facing the Dubai dancing fountain. I have never seen the Captain so relaxed with someone. They just kept on laughing all night, I feel like they had more spark than he and I does. Haha.
But despite the bromance, I know who the Captain loves more. Haha again.
