Aldar Sports Day 2013

You’ll never be disappointed if you always keep an eye on uncharted territory, where you’ll be challenged and growing and having fun. – Kirstie Alley

The Fun Team all pumped up, not a bit scared to face stronger and bigger teams. We got the guts, we got the females!

I wasn’t feeling well that day but I showed up because of football. I didn’t know we were playing everything – football, volleyball, dodgeball and tug of war.

Good thing I had super all-around-athletes as teammates!

I had the worst headache from the heat and the brightness of the sun overpowering my bumble bee sunglasses but I toughened it up! The beach is no place for a chicken.

Oh things I do for the love of the game.

In reality, beach sports is sweaty, sticky and rough. But there’s something about the seashore that makes sports more exciting – there is bliss in the sun, fever in the sand and freedom in the salty air!
