Lessons from Switzerland

The first time I saw and learned about paragliding was in Switzerland. I was there even before Yoon Seri ‘crash landed’ on us. 😆

This place is sooooo beautiful, it’s like stepping into a postcard.

Mürren is a Swiss mountain village at the foot of the Schilthorn peak. It is only accessible by cable car.

Airtime Paragliding planted a dream in me years ago. Today, I’m a baby paragliding pilot too, flying in my own hometown.

The view from my window every morning. Esther’s Guesthouse was the perfect home to enjoy the quiet romance of the Swiss Alps.

My neighborhood: my home is on the left, and an honesty store is on my right. I drop by the store everyday to test if I’m an honest person – no storekeeper, you just leave your money in an envelope.

Flying back to Abu Dhabi in Etihad Airways’ A380 Business Studio.

For so many months, I worked so hard in creating and publishing content on the airline’s website for this new cabin. It was nice having to experience it myself.Until then, Gimmelwald and Mürren!

One day, if this Coronavirus spares me from death, I’ll come back and fly with my own wings and perhaps meet the pilots who planted a dream in my heart.
