May I take this forum to let you and all your female readers about menstrual cups? I switched to this sanitary device as soon as I learned about it around a year ago because pads have been giving me bad rashes for some years. Some say it has also helped their dysmenorrhea.
For me, aside from no-more-rashes, the best thing about using a cup is how environmentally friendly it is.
