3 Kinds of People You’ll Meet in the Afternoon

1. People who are blind or people who can read but pretend they can’t.

2. People who sit where they’re not supposed to be seated – like a ”lady” in a ladies section of the bus.

3. People who pass you by without saying ”excuse me”.

My fear is to see my children grow up in a world where simple courtesy does not exist, thinking that this is the norm. And when simple good deeds are done, like opening a car door for someone or politely letting someone go before you or just saying ”hi” in the elevator, they’d be shocked and stupefied.

Sad.
