Isn’t it weird when after an interview, all the answers to the questions you got stumped in come pouring in. Or you suddenly think of better answers or superb versions of your statements. Or you do a re-run of what just happened and you cringe at your replies and comments.
In all my interview experiences, there’s a short period after the conclusion of questions and answers or when I’m leaving the office, where my self-esteem goes down to the negative. It’s a bad feeling when you start doubting your abilities just minutes after confidently selling yourself.
That’s where friends come in! They root for you, they save you before the inferiority bug eats you up.
After a job interview, make sure to talk to someone who’s a booster not a pooper.
These pep talks actually matter when you face your next interview.
