Japan: Sick and Sore

As soon as I landed on my bed in Mito, I felt my body succumbed to a terrible flu.

I was stuck in our hotel room for 4 days nursing my persistent headaches, chills, dizziness, sinus congestion and fatigue.

All I did was eat and sleep while the view from our window beckoned to me.

At least I had breakfast buffet to look forward to every morning.

And my nurse who came home every night from work with hot food and juicy stories.

The view from our other window…

I don’t think I’ll ever be bored with Japanese breakfast.

The view from our terrace…

I tried to go out one day, but I lasted for 5 minutes only. My dripping nose and headache mercilessly dragged me back home.

The nice thing about being sick is the chance to catch up with my readings…

And my Korean drama! #leeminlet

Oh, so that’s what I look like with thin legs. Haha. I can hear the Husband saying, “what is this?!”
