Victoria, sometimes called Port Victoria, is the capital city of the Seychelles.

I love the view of the windmills between land and sea.
Fun fact: This 8-turbine wind farm was a project, developed by the Abu Dhabi renewables company Masdar and funded by the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development. I live near Masdar City in Abu Dhabi and I support its vision for sustainability.
Driving through the capital…
The town is small and almost empty on a weekend. It reminded me a little of my hometown, a place where everybody knows almost everybody.
And back to the hillside…
Because we came from Abu Dhabi, our tour guide had to point this out for us.
“That is Sheikh Khalifa’s palace in Seychelles.”
