Calaguas: 3 travel tips

Be ready to wait

The bus ride takes 8 to 10 hours. You will wait for other guests at the port. Your boat transfers may be late. The boat ride lasts for almost 2 hours. Life on the island is slow-moving.

You’re there to chillax so switch to your slow-mo mode.

CHOOSE EITHER comfort or camping

Choose Waling-Waling EcoVillage if you want the convenience of basic facilities. Go for camping if you’re adventurous or traveling on a budget.

Heads-up, there are no heated showers for both options.
